Ahead HR may be a new name in the HR world, but in fact it is a consolidation of a number of businesses. The team behind Ahead HR have been delivering CIPD programmes for over 15 years and have 25 years experience in recruitment and selection. We have also extensive career coaching experience and one of our key strengths is the ability to work on a one to one basis developing long term business relations. Ahead HR has a recruitment and selection division that works with employers on a retained basis. Whilst we keep the two divisions separate, there will be opportunities that are of interest to our candidates and these will be included in our regular newsletters.
The 'Ahead Academy' is based in the South of France near Montpelier. We use this facility for bespoke programmes on career development and team building.
Our products are all HR related and delivered by experienced HR professionals who have all worked at HR Director level. Many of our team are Chartered Fellows of the CIPD and qualified to Masters level.
